Our hotel accepts reservations from group customers.
It can be used for various purposes such as excursions, field trips, and social field trips.
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more, so please make a reservation in advance.

About application and use

Reservations can be made on our website from the first day of the year prior to your desired visit date (or the next open day if the first day is a closed day) up to seven business days prior to your desired visit date.
We may not be able to accept reservations on days when events are being held or when crowds are expected.
Depending on the reservation status on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your desired admission time.
Please note that your reservation will be completed when you receive a call back from the hotel after applying.
Each group is asked to manage their own baggage such as umbrellas and bags.
Please be sure to check before leaving, as bookmarks, water bottles, and other items may be left behind.
Bus fare can be paid in cash or by invoice.

About the observation restaurant

You can enjoy your meal while watching planes taking off and landing at Narita Airport right in front of you.
There are 56 seats. For groups, we offer an "in-flight style lunch."

Please call the museum to make lunch reservations.
We accept reservations for groups of 10 or more. Please apply at least one week in advance.
If you wish to change the number of people, please notify us by the morning of the previous business day. Cancellations on the day are not accepted.
Please note that we do not accept reservations for the restaurant on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or during busy periods.
Please note that we cannot accommodate food allergies.
Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the venue. However, if you have baby food or food allergies, please consult the staff.
Usage is limited to a time limit of 1 minutes per group.
When canceling group use, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the number of days.

Up to one week before the tour date: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Reservations made up to 2 days before → 50% of the reservation amount
The day before/on the day of reservation → 100% of reservation amount
*If the previous day is a closed day, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by the day before the closing date.
*If the museum is unable to operate due to natural disasters, there will be no cancellation fee.

About group meal locations

If you make a reservation in advance, you can use the lunch space.

It is possible to eat lunch in the outdoor exhibition hall (lawn area).
For indoor dining, you can use the experience hall (concrete floor) on the 1st floor of the experience hall.
The experience hall can accommodate around 150 people. (Please note that the number of people accommodated varies depending on the season)
Usage time is limited to 1 minutes per group.
We do not lend chairs, tables, etc. Please bring a leisure sheet etc.
Each group is asked to take their trash home with them during lunch.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is only available from 11:30 to 12:30.
However, please note that it may not be possible to use it due to events etc.
Meals at the Experience Center are served on a first-come, first-served basis, so it may be difficult to make a reservation for your desired date and time.
The Flying Learning Lab on the hotel grounds can also be used as a dining area.
