① Entrance approach and runway symbol
The entrance approach, which resembles Narita Airport Runway A, is an exciting spot to "stand out."
②Reception counter
If you wish to participate in the trial exhibition, please apply in advance at the reception counter. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
③Museum shop
We carry a wide variety of aviation-related goods, including scale models of aircraft, sweets, and stationery.
④Experience exhibition reception counter
If you wish to participate in the trial exhibition, please apply at the trial exhibition reception counter.
⑤Digital information board
Equipped with a touch-panel digital information board, we provide information such as ``interior information/bus timetables,'' ``event information,'' and ``planned exhibition information.''
⑥Cafe corner
Once you've enjoyed your time in the hotel, relax with a freshly brewed drink in the cafe corner.
⑦Toilet/nursing room
There is a children's toilet available for use by small children. We also have a nursing room with a bright atmosphere.
⑧Cabin mockup
You can take commemorative photos as if you were boarding a jet airliner.
⑨Boeing 747-400 large model
You can watch the movement of the airplane while experiencing the operation from the rear cockpit. (Paid, reservation required)

A cross-section of a real jumbo jet fuselage is on display. You can see the internal structure that you can't usually see.

Introducing jumbo jet engines. You can see how the internal structure works using projection mapping.
⑫ Boeing 747 parts introduction
We introduce parts that are actually used in the Boeing 747 and other aircraft, as well as parts that were used in the past, along with detailed explanations.
⑬Document corner
We display materials and goods that let you learn about history, such as the uniforms of past flight attendants, collaboration dolls, and dioramas about aircraft.
⑭Library
You can read books, magazines, and specialized magazines related to aircraft, airports, airlines, etc. for just the admission fee.
⑮Seating experience
The actual economy class and business class seats are on display, so you can actually sit and see the difference.
⑯Doctor helicopter display
We are exhibiting a model of a doctor helicopter. You can see the internal structure of a medical helicopter that is used in emergency situations.
⑰DC-8 flight experience
It is a refurbished pilot training simulator, and numbered tickets are sold at the reception. (Paid, reservation required)
⑱Multipurpose hall
This hall can accommodate 50 people and holds aviation-related classes, seminars, and video screenings. (Paid, reservation required)
⑲Experience Hall
This is a spacious hall that takes advantage of the 10m high ceiling to hold various events, such as origami airplane classes.
⑳Boeing 747-section 41 boarding experience
The nose section of the Boeing 747 Jumbo, a jet plane that flew to Narita Airport during its operational days, is on display, and you can actually board the plane during a guided tour. (Paid, reservation required)

① History of airplanes
On the spiral staircase from the 1st to 3rd floor, the history of airplanes is displayed using the characteristic illustrations of artist Shimoda.
②Aircraft model display
We are exhibiting precision models of 10 famous Japanese aircraft.
③Three-dimensional aviation history chronology
We introduce the 100-year history of aircraft from its invention to the present, divided into three periods: the dawn, the development period, and the maturity period, along with a three-dimensional chronology using 300 aircraft models.
④Professionals who support airports ~ TEAM NRT ~
An avatar introducing airport work is displayed on a large screen, and visitors can learn about airport work using the touch panel.
⑤Suitcase journey
On a large screen, we will show you how the suitcase is loaded onto the plane.
⑥ Commemorative photo in uniform
You can enjoy the experience of wearing the uniform of an airport staff member and take a commemorative photo with a video that combines a photo of the customer's face with graphics.

We would like to introduce Narita Airport's efforts to be environmentally friendly and to be kind to people and the environment.

We would like to introduce the airlines that have been in service since Narita Airport opened to the present, using aircraft photos taken by Charlie Furusho, an aerial photographer who lives in Narita City.
⑩Narita Airport Diorama
A 1/800 scale diorama of Narita Airport and the surrounding area. Before looking at the actual scenery from the observation deck, you can enjoy the scenery even more by looking at the diorama.

You can experience the sounds associated with passenger planes, such as the sounds of takeoff and landing.
⑫Boeing 737-MAX and Boeing 777 simulator experience
You can experience the Boeing 737-MAX and Boeing 777 flight simulators and experience the excitement of being a real pilot.
3rd, 4th, 5th floor
①Observation deck
You can take commemorative photos with jet planes taking off and landing at Narita Airport in the background, and enjoy the powerful sound of engines.
② View terrace (barrier-free observation deck)
For customers who have difficulty using the observation deck on the 3rd floor of the central building, we have prepared a barrier-free observation space.
③ View restaurant “Balloon”
You can enjoy the impressive scenery of planes taking off and landing at Narita Airport while enjoying original dishes inspired by in-flight meals.
④Observation exhibition room
Air traffic control equipment such as control consoles are on display, and you can see planes taking off and landing at Narita Airport up close, as if you were in the control tower.

This is a propeller plane manufactured by Cessna in the United States in the 1950s. This aircraft was used for interviews and communications on Asahi Shimbun's ``Asakaze.''
②MU-2
This is a turboprop business aircraft manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in the 1960s. This machine was used as a corporate unit of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. (Open only in good weather)
③FA-300
This is a propeller business aircraft manufactured by Fuji Heavy Industries in the 1970s. This aircraft was the first prototype and was used for flight tests.
④YS-11
This is a turboprop passenger plane manufactured by Nippon Aircraft Manufacturing in the 1960s. This aircraft was the first prototype and was used for flight tests to obtain type certification.
⑤Sikorsky S-62
This helicopter was designed in the United States in the 1970s and manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. This aircraft was used by the Japan Coast Guard for search and rescue operations. (Open only in good weather)
⑥Aerospatial Puma
This is a helicopter manufactured by Sud in France in the 1970s. This aircraft was used by the Tokyo Fire Department as a firefighting helicopter.
⑦Kamov 26
This helicopter was manufactured by Kamov in the Soviet Union in the 1970s. This aircraft is privately owned and is one of three imported to Japan.
⑧Cessna 411
This is a propeller business aircraft manufactured by Cessna in the United States in the 1960s. This plane was used by Chunichi Shimbun's ``Otaka'' for reporting and communicating.
⑨Beach Bonanza
This is a propeller plane manufactured by Beechcraft in the United States in the 1960s. This aircraft was used as a pilot training aircraft for students at the Aviation College in Miyazaki Prefecture.
⑩Cessna 421
This is a propeller business aircraft manufactured by Cessna in the United States in the 1970s. This plane was used as the Mainichi Shimbun's ``Kinsei II'' for interviews and communications.
⑪Beach Turbo Baron
This is a propeller business aircraft manufactured by American company Beech in the 1960s. This plane was used for reporting and communication on Mainichi Shimbun's ``Myojo.''
⑫ Learjet
This aircraft was produced by the American Learjet Company in 1963 and established the category of "business jet". This aircraft made its final flight to Narita Airport for display.
⑬Moony M20
This is a four-seater light aircraft with excellent high-speed performance that has been produced by the American company Mooney since 1955. This aircraft made its final flight to Narita Airport for display.

⑭Aero Commander 680
This is a propeller aircraft manufactured by the American Aero Commander Company in the 1960s. This aircraft was used by Asia Air Survey for aerial survey photography. You can board for a fee of 300 yen.
⑮R-22
This is a helicopter manufactured by the American company Robinson in the 1980s. This aircraft was used by Honda Airlines for flight training. A fee of 100 yen is charged for boarding. (Suspended)
⑯Cessna 175
This is a propeller plane with a reduction gear manufactured by Cessna in the United States in the 1960s. This aircraft is one of three imported to Japan. A fee of 3 yen is charged for boarding. (Suspended)
