The Aviation Science Museum is a comprehensive aviation thought dissemination facility.
Located in Sky Park Shibayama, Shibayama-cho, Sammu-gun, Chiba Prefecture, adjacent to Narita Airport.
Facing Narita Airport, the main gateway to Japan's skies.
Many people visit our museum not only from Japan but also from all over the world.
Dynamic views overlooking Narita Airport, exhibits where you can learn while looking at real engines and cockpits, experience operating a large model of a Boeing 747, experience in a full-scale simulator that has been refurbished from pilot training, and information on Narita Airport including the SDGs. In addition to introductions, it is an experiential museum full of attractions, including an observation restaurant where you can enjoy meals inspired by in-flight meals, and an outdoor exhibition area where you can see approximately 20 real aircraft up close. Both adults and children are sure to enjoy our museum's many exhibits to their heart's content.

A new Flight Radar 5 display system was installed in the observation exhibition room on the 9th floor of the Museum of Aeronautical Sciences in September. Flight Radar 24 is a system that receives radio waves transmitted by aircraft for air traffic control and displays aircraft position information and flight routes. Information on aircraft taking off and landing at Narita Airport can be viewed in real time, and can be viewed from the observation deck.

Aviation Science Museum Tomo no Kai
This museum is located in Sky Park Shibayama, Shibayama-cho, Sammu-gun, Chiba Prefecture (adjacent to Narita Airport). As a comprehensive facility for disseminating aviation ideas, with the aim of enlightening young people about scientific knowledge related to aviation, thereby contributing to the dissemination of aviation ideas and the promotion of aviation science and technology, and at the same time contributing to the development of aviation in Japan.
